Elijah M Forde

Elijah graduated from Howard University School of Law. Elijah has experience representing the State of Washington, Employers, and injured persons all across the state since becoming licensed to practice in 2006. Elijah is also a University of Washington trained Mediator.

Outside of work Elijah enjoys podcasting, playing instruments, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family.

Derek is a graduate of South Puget Sound Community college. Prior to Atlas Law, Derek spent nearly 8 years in transportation as a professional driver. Derek’s been through the workers compensation system as an injured worker.

Derek is the primary point of contact for clients at Atlas Law, reviews new potential clients, manages and maintains claim files and processes and distributes time-loss and pension checks.

Outside of work, Derek enjoys woodworking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
