Does my spouse have any rights to my workers' compensation benefits?

Compensation benefits are paid to the surviving spouse of a worker who has died as the result of a work-related injury or occupational disease or who was not found employable at the time of their death. These benefits usually come to an end if the spouse remarries. Children under the age of 18, or 23 if a full-time student at an accredited school) may be entitled to survivor benefits.
