Employees injured during the course of employment are covered by workers' compensation. Worker’s Compensation is regulated by Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington.

A. industrial injuries: Industrial injuries are injuries that happen suddenly and unexpectedly. Industrial injuries include injuries such as

· Cuts/Lacerations

· Sprains/strains

· Rotator cuff tears

· Fractures

· Work related car crashes

· Traumatic injuries from a fall

B. Occupational disease: Occupational disease is a work related injury or condition that occurs over the course of time and arises naturally proximately out of the distinctive conditions of employment. Occupational diseases can include:

· Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

· Respiratory diseases such as asbestosis

· Rotator cuff tendinitis (that isn’t related to a sudden injury)

· Tennis Elbow

· Other types of repetitive use conditions

· Covid-19*
